Notes

Storage:
Store brown sugar overnight oats in sealed jars or airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Serving:
Serve chilled straight from the fridge, or let the jar sit at room temperature for a few minutes before eating.
Texture Tip:
If the oats become too thick after chilling, stir in a small splash of milk before serving.
Recipe Notes:
Use rolled oats for the best creamy texture. Quick oats can become softer, while steel-cut oats will stay too firm unless prepared differently.
Protein Note:
Protein will vary depending on the Greek yogurt, milk, and optional protein boosters used.
