Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp milk only if needed

  • 1 Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup or honey, vanilla, and salt to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture looks smooth and creamy with no visible cottage cheese texture.
  3. Add cocoa powder, oat flour, and chocolate protein powder.
  4. Blend or mix again until a thick brownie batter texture forms.
  5. If the mixture is too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk only as needed.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop into small bite-size balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  8. Chill for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy as a quick snack.
